1/2 cup Basmati Rice / rinsed
4 to 5 large Onions
4 to 5 Carrots
1 small stalk of Celery with lots of leaves / IMPORTANT FOR FLAVOR
2 heads of Garlic / more or less up to you
1 - 4" long nice size Ginger
8 to 10 large Mint Leaves
1/4 cup Olive Oil / use as much as needed
1 Tbs. Butter


Seasonings & etc. ... All heeping spoons / START OFF MEASURMENTS...
More or less will be all up to you.

3 to 5 Tbs. of - ( WYLER'S Beef Flavor Powder )
1/2 tsp. White Pepper
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 to 2 tsp. Coriander
1 to 2 tsp. Paultry Seasoning
1 tsp. leveled Thyme Leaves
7 to 8 cups of Water
